Close your eyes and imagine this... Imagine you have all the energy that you want, imagine you feel light, and you can do whatever you would like to do. You have full mobility, energy and vitality. Need to run to catch that taxi? No problem! Walk the dog, play with the kids, walk that extra flight of stairs - all of this is easier and you don't even have to think about it. You can move with total freedom and you're happy. Does this feel good?

I am a qualified Wellness Coach and Fitness & Studio Pilates Instructor. I am not just someone who teaches physical exercise. I will help you feel strong, active and mobile again, with absolute joy, and pleasure. Whether you prefer to work in a group environment or one-on-one, I help you reach your potential.

Here are a few examples of people I work with. My clients range from their late twenties to their sixties and beyond. Some have knee & hip replacements. Some have been in accidents. Some suffer depression, some have other chronic issues. Osteoporosis, high blood pressure, diabetes... You don't need to be old to get these things. So what do my clients all have in common? They are in pain, they are less mobile than they used to be, and they believe they can do something about it to improve their quality of life.

And if they can, so can you.

My approach to health and wellness may be a little different from what is normally done. I believe that health is not only dependent on physical activity, it is also dependent on your state of mind. So in my classes, there is obviously a physical component, whether it is building strength, balance or cardio fitness. However, I also address the mental shift that is involved in making life changes. How do you make change, when change is so hard? This is where wellness coaching comes in - if you want to make a change and you are stuck, you will delve into what motivates you and what is holding you back. In coaching, I will support you in finding out what you really want, why it is important, and how you can get there. My role is merely to empower you to find the right answers for you.


Furthermore... I trust you to take ownership of your transformation - that through your own hard work you can see the benefits, and that it is your inner strength that supports you in going on.

I am a facilitator who can show you the exercises and can help you in case of physical limitations. However, in the end, the work has to come from you. I have found that this trust in your own ability helps you more than anything. Invariably, after a few months you will see results you may think you'd never see. Some of you can run instead of walk. Some of you reverse diabetes and blood pressure levels. Some of you tell me you have reversed bone density tests. You have found new likeminded friends.

And therein lies the real power of change, because it's those kind of results that are really going to motivate you - and they are the result of what you have done for yourself. And that is powerful.
